ASSEMBLY – CHURCH/RELIGOUS
Classroom Addition to Community Bible Church – Aberdeen, OH:
This Project consists of a 60’ x 40’modular building incorporating two classrooms and an accessible toilet room. The building was anchored to a block foundation and set in place. Following the setting, a new wood deck was added with steps and a handicap ramp.
Picnic Pavilion for St. Louis Catholic Parish:
This Project includes a 3,000 SF covered picnic pavilion with a corner storage/serving room and a future outdoor wood burning fireplace. The pavilion is also used in the church yearly festival.
Calvin Presbyterian Church:
This Project included minor exterior repair and interior renovation of an existing 6,000 SF two story church with an attached classroom wing. An addition to the structure was included and is “on the shelf” pending better financial times.
True Life Christian Church:
This Project consisted of the interior renovation and change of use of an existing single story, 6,000 SF carpet store to a place of worship. A new 200 seat sanctuary, two classrooms, new toilet facilities, and support offices were included in the Program.
INSTITUTIONAL
Clermont County Homeless Shelter:
This Project is a 40 bed single story, homeless shelter managed by Clermont County Community Services. The Project includes a full service commercial kitchen, separate bunk rooms for male and female patrons including shower and bathing facilities.
Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Cincinnati:
Deck Addition and Kitchen Remodel for the
This Project is a 4,000 SF outdoor deck addition to an existing group home. Also included is a kitchen upgrade for the residents.
The Lodge at Eastgate Village
This Project includes a 6,500 SF single story multi function facility for the residents. Included within the structure are an indoor pool, community room, Game/Exercise room, toilets and showers, and support offices.
FINANCIAL
Park National Bank/Eastgate:
Designed as a potential prototype for this upcoming financial institution, this Project consists of a single story, with partial basement, 6,590 SF branch bank with support offices for the retail and commercial operations. Green design principals were used in the design and included materials with recycled content and that were locally fabricated, day lighting, and low VOC interior finishes.
Park National Bank/Owensville:
This Project consists of interior renovation of an existing small branch bank, including the addition of two new offices. Upgrades included new custom teller’s stations and cabinetry.
First Financial Bank/Hamilton Plaza:
This Project consists of approximately 3,000 SF interior renovation of an existing 4,300 SF branch bank, including the addition of two new offices. Upgrades included new floor and wall finishes in the bank lobby, new custom teller’s stations and cabinetry.
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
Spindles:
This Project includes a 10,000 SF pre engineered steel building with attached 2,000 office appendage for a machine repair firm. The office area includes upgraded exterior façade finishes.
Moraine Concrete:
This Project is a pre engineered structure incorporating the aggregate washing operations for this concrete supplier. A portion of the structure is three stories to accommodate the washing equipment.
Multiform Plastics:
This Project is a proposed 40,000 SF addition to an existing custom thermoforming plastics company.
OMI Industries, Inc.:
This Project includes a 16,000 SF single story pre engineered addition to an existing 16,000 SF building housing a firm specializing in odor elimination products. Also included were support offices and a R & D office on a mezzanine in the existing structure.
Trade & Industrial Supply:
This industrial gas producer purchased an existing vacant 20,000 SF building in Lawrenceburg, IN to house its’ operations, moving from neighboring Greendale. Due to the fact that the existing building was in the flood plain and the hazardous nature of one of their gasses (oxygen), a 6,000 SF addition was planned adjacent with a floor elevation 3’ above the existing. The existing structure houses storage and sales of welding equipment and supplies, a retail area and administrative offices.
Home City Ice; Doraville, GA:
This manufacturer of bagged ice for retail use purchased an existing vacant 26,000 SF building in Doraville, GA to house its’ expanding operations and market share. A total of 14,000 SF is devoted to ice production and storage with support offices. The remaining SF will be designed to incorporate maintenance facilities for their refrigerated truck fleet with a repair shop for their retail ice storage and sales bins.
RESIDENTIAL – MULTI - FAMILY
Orchard Ridge Condos:
A 21 unt unit condominium project containing 5 buildings. Four of the buildings contain 4 units while a fifth building contains 5 units, all three bed room with full basements.
RESIDENTIAL – SINGLE FAMILY
Log Home for Easter Adkins:
A 1,250 SF single story log home with full finished basement and an attached garage. The master bed room is on the first floor while the finished basement accommodates three other bed rooms with a full bath. The design also includes a wrap around porch.
Log Cabin for the Fisher Family
This design is a compact 768 SF on the first floor and a full finished basement with 2 bedrooms.
The Keith Residence
This log home includes 4700 SF of living space with 1700 SF first floor, 1700 SF finished basement and a 1300 SF loft. Four bedrooms are located in the loft with a full bath an in home office. The master bed room is on the first floor and includes a master bath, guest bath, cathedral ceiling family room, kitchen and breakfast room.. The basement has two bedrooms, a rec room, a full bath room and a kitchenette.
Log Home for the Davis Family
This two story design contains a first floor of 1,200 SF of living space with a 600 SF loft for the master bed room. The finished 1,200 SF basement has two bed rooms and a full bath.
Log Home for Mr. and Mrs. Phil Gatch
This log home has a 1,500 SF fist floor with two bedrooms and a shared bath. The basement is finished with one bedroom and an activity area. The 750 SF loft is an open space and includes a playroom for grandkids. A two car porte cochere is also included.
Jones Family Room Addition
The challenge for this Project was to add a 600 SF Family Room to an existing lap siding farm house complimenting the exterior architecture yet giving the interior a log cabin look. This was accomplished with conventionally framed exterior walls while utilizing exposed wood timber trusses and log siding on the interior.
The Stephens Residence
This log home has a 1,725 SF fist floor with two bedrooms, a shared bath, living room and kitchen/dining room. The master suite is located in the 800 SF loft.
